Bootcamp

An exercised shared is an exercise halved.....

Our Bootcamp's are aimed at those who have a goal in mind and not much time. Or those that want to build fitness camaraderie at work.


We usually use a hired space or hall near to your office or work place, or any available space available within our clients office to save on travel. We want to make it as easy for you as possible.


We'll have you laughing, sweating and squatting your way to your goals.
